The University of Connecticut in Storrs is offering a Farsi language beginner course this fall semester for the first time in its history.

About 500 people of all ages filled the Student Union Theater at the University of Connecticut Wednesday night to gain insight about partisanship in Washington D.C.

University of Connecticut students, faculty, and scores of Connecticut residents gathered at the Legislative Office Building in Hartford on Friday to express their anger with the state budget recently approved by the Connecticut General Assembly.
